Casa Don Alfonso is thrilled to once again welcome Chef Nicola Pignatelli from its sister property Don Alfonso 1890 for a pasta cooking class on Monday, November 11th at 5:00 PM. Highlighting traditional dishes beloved at Don Alfonso 1890 and from the Iaccarino family, Chef Pignatelli will guide guests through the process and history of each exceptional dish. Guests will enjoy a welcome spritz and passed hors d'oeuvres before stepping in the kitchen for a hands-on cooking experience where guests will learn to create two different pasta dishes. Afterward, indulge in a sumptuous four-course dinner paired with carefully selected wines. Guests will also take home a Casa Don Alfonso apron, recipe booklet, and certificate of completion for partaking in the evening’s culinary exploration. The class is priced at $200 per person (plus taxes and 20% service charge) with limited space available to accommodate the hands-on learning experience. Introducing Casa Don Alfonso’s Parmesan Pasta Experience, a tableside cheese wheel special, Truffle Taglietelle ($50 per plate; minimum of two orders per table), for those who love the finer things in life. Guests can experience our amazing chefs up close as their dish is finished right before their eyes inside a large Parmesan cheese wheel and topped with fresh truffle. The Truffle Taglietelle will be offered during dinner service Tuesday through Thursday until October 31st, made with fresh, house-made Taglietelle pasta, fresh truffles and truffle oil sourced from Italy, butter, and parmesan cheese.

Be swept away this summer with our Sorrento at Sunset cocktail hour hosted on the Casa Don Alfonso patio. Available Tuesday through Thursday starting at 4:00 PM and running until sunset, the Sorrento at Sunset menu features small bites such as freshly shucked oysters, fried calamari and mini meatballs. These small bites perfectly accompany our summer cocktail menu featuring drinks such as the Caprese, made with Ketel One Vodka, Martini Blanco, Lime, Honey, Galliano and garnished with a cherry tomato and basil, and the Da Nord A Sud made with Rosemary-Infused Strega, Lambrusco and soda. Sorrento at Sunset cocktail hour is available on the patio only.

Transport yourself to the Sorrento Coast and enjoy new social hour specials Tuesday through Thursday from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Join us Tuesdays for Oysters and Bubbles and treat yourself to a glass of sparkling wine and three freshly-shucked oysters. On Wednesdays, enjoy a specialty-curated wine by the glass offering from our award winning cellar alongside house-marinated olives. Every Thursday, join us for Sorrento in Clayton where you can unwind with an Aperol Spritz or Negroni and chef's antipasto. All weekly specials are served in the bar, lounge and patio only.

Casa Don Alfonso will host an extended luxury brunch series every third Sunday of each month. The next Brunch di Lusso will take place on Sunday, November 17th from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM for $95++ per person, and offers a unique dining experience beyond the traditional breakfast buffet. Guests may toast to the weekend with live music and our famous Bucatini Bloodies customized your way. The robust spread will offer Eggs Benedict, an omelet station, bacon, sausage, pancakes and waffles. Guests can also indulge in raw bar offerings, a carving station with prime ribeye, a live dessert station, and classic coastal Italian fare such as Gnocchi, Chicken Supreme, and Cioppino. Executive Chef Eduardo Marquez invites you to master the art of world famous Neapolitan pizza making. Join us at Casa Don Alfonso to learn the techniques behind crafting an authentic pizza at our pizza oven using the freshest and finest ingredients.
