Join us on Thursday, May 15th at 6:30 PM for an unforgettable wine dinner with Villa Calcinaia winery. Tailored to wine connoisseurs and culinary lovers alike, the expertly curated, four-course menu paired with renowned wines from the Capponi family marks the first-ever Villa Calcinaia wine dinner event in Missouri. Hosted by Count Sebastiano Capponi, 20th generation of the Capponi Family, guests will learn about the art of crafting chiantis with elegance and purity for more than 500 years. Guests can look forward to a welcome reception with expertly crafted hors d’oeuvres followed by standout pairings, including a Lobster Beignet paired with the Comitale 2024. A later course features a Saffron Risotto paired with a side by side tasting of the 2020 Chianti Classico and Chianti 2004. Tickets to the intimate dinner, which will take place in the restaurant’s private dining room, are $200 per person. Seating is limited. Reservations are required and can be made online here.

Casa Don Alfonso will host an extended luxury brunch series every third Sunday of each month. The next Brunch di Lusso will take place on Sunday, May 18th from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM for $105++ per person, and offers a unique dining experience beyond the traditional breakfast buffet. Guests may toast to the weekend with live music and our famous Bucatini Bloodies customized your way. The robust spread will offer Eggs Benedict, an omelet station, bacon, sausage, pancakes and waffles. Guests can also indulge in raw bar offerings, a carving station with prime ribeye, a live dessert station, and classic coastal Italian fare such as Gnocchi, Chicken Supreme, and Cioppino. The Casa Don Alfonso culinary team invites you to master the art of world famous Neapolitan pizza making. Join us at Casa Don Alfonso to learn the techniques behind crafting an authentic pizza at our pizza oven using the freshest and finest ingredients.
